Our products
Chilled Brew sells cold brew coffee concentrate made with organic ingredients and JSOR Certified Kosher. Product descriptions, ingredients, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible and may change without notice. Keep refrigerated; see each label for ingredients and best-by guidance.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, correct pricing errors, and limit quantities. Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we prepare it for delivery.
The Standing Order (subscriptions)
If you enroll in a Standing Order, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you select, until you cancel. You can skip, swap, or cancel anytime before your next billing date from your account. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Delivery
We currently deliver within New York City. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Chilled Brew name, logo, label artwork, photography, and copy — is owned by Chilled Brew NYC and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability
Our products are food; please consume responsibly and check ingredients if you have allergies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chilled Brew NYC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
